Objetivos del trabajo

Provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operation of the back-office, particularly supporting HR, Finance, Admin, and Procurement processes.

Principales tareas

* Provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operation of the back-office, particularly supporting HR, Finance, Admin, and Procurement processes.

* Identify, analysis, re-design processes, from the perspective of digitizing and automating back-office processes and tasks.

* Search for efficiencies in processes leveraging the use of technology, such as BPM engines, workflows, tasks managers, reporting, etc.

* Oversee the process of payment approvals.

* Manage the maintenance of the office.

* Travel logistic arrangements on demand.

* Provide Front desk reception duties for the office.

Requisitos

* Education Level: Technical / Professional

* Experience: 2 years minimum

* Languages: English – high level – (desirable previous work experience with the use of English)

* Microsoft Office Suite: high level

* Desirable Knowledge / Experience in business performance management (BPM) implementation or as an advanced user.

* Experience in workflows and process automation will be valued
