The Research and Innovation Center (RIC) serves as a center of excellence for developing research papers, synthesizing technical developments, and managing and implementing new data resources and tools.
Within RIC, the Benefits Data Source (BDS) team works directly with consultants to design and deliver benefits benchmarking solutions to clients around the world. The team focuses on the following activities: (a) build/maintain the database infrastructure, including standardized tools and reports, (b) maintain the integrity of the data through data cleaning, analysis and reporting, (c) develop customized client reports and consult directly with clients in situations where BDS analytics are a major part of a consulting project.
Principales tareas
The Role
• Detailed and qualitative analysis of data provided in surveys by our clients
• Actively participating in the data collection and processing of benefits provided per country
• Focus on LatAm and Western Europe countries
• Usage of tools and systems developed by our company and PBI
• Support the team in several activities to maintain our high-quality database
• Flexible working style available: hybrid
Requisitos
Graduates or students from multiple careers could fit the role: International Relations, Translator, Political Science, Business Administration, amongst others.
Fluent English, both written and spoken (will be tested).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Previous working experience is highly preferred.
