Objetivos del trabajo

Provides support to customers and internal environments, maintaining products and applications. Solving any incidents or problems, analyzing and applying any requested changes, and working on any service request that may arise. Be a referent within the support team and provide technical guidance. Be able to undertake projects in coordination with customer, PM and Leads.

Principales tareas

Investigation and resolution of problems, troubleshooting and tuning of specific software (Oracle oriented products) and OS (e.g. Unix based, and MS Windows). Software upgrades and installations. Best practices recommendations, and applications’ migrations. Knowledge Sharing and provide trainings within the team.


*High-proficiency English level or Native speaker
*experience on technical support services and maintenance for medium/large customers.
*Analytical ability, problem solving, ability to explain problems and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users
*Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and meet deadlines, follow defined processes and indications
*Management of escalated incidents to 3rd party vendors (Oracle)
*Experience supporting Enterprise-wide Oracle application Suites (EPM/Hyperion)
*Ability to troubleshoot medium to complex configuration problems for distributed environments
*Good documentation skills, that can allow for knowledge sharing, both internal and external
*High-proficiency English level or Native speaker
