The Role
As part of the Uruguay Finance team, you will contribute to support local accounting operations and processes and ensure they are aligned with financial reporting needs.
We are offering a full-time position (40 hours a week plus lunch time) with hybrid work style available.
Principales tareas
Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and manage vendor accounts (Accounts Payable)
• Manage client billing and collections (Accounts Receivable)
• Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries, analysis of accounts and balance sheets and accounts reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and assist in statutory audits
• Prepare statutory reports
• Prepare Free Trade Zone bi-annual affidavits and mandatory surveys
• Prepare Free Trade Zone Investment Project form
• Perform administrative tasks and assist payroll personnel as needed
• Cooperate with the local Finance team and business departments and management
Requisitos
Estudios: Studies in Administration, Accounting or similar (at University or Technical Institutions)
Idiomas: Fluency in English, both written and spoken (will be tested)
Informática: Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools and excellent data manipulation skills
Experiencia: Experience of at least three years in performing the duties listed above
